X-Win32 License

Install on a personally-owned computer

Through an unlimited site license agreement between StarNet Communications Corporation and Mississippi State University, X-win32 is available to faculty, staff and students. Connection to the MSU network is required. The included networks are: 130.18.00.00 and 192.208.00.00. Connecting through any other local service provider will not work.

Legal Requirements:

• Only active faculty, staff, and students at Mississippi State University are permitted to obtain this software.
• Faculty, staff, and students are required to remove the software when no longer affiliated with the University.
